Job Description:

Candidate who have accomplished and strategic Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with expertise in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role to join our team. As a Pega LSA SME, candidate's primary role will be to guide and support enterprises in establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Pega, driving best practices, and delivering significant value. Candidate will leverage your extensive knowledge to optimize Pega applications and align them with the broader business strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the Pega LSA SME, offering profound knowledge and guidance to development teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead the establishment of a Pega Center of Excellence (CoE) within the organization, including defining best practices, governance, and processes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the Pega application landscape across the enterprise, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
• Architect and design solutions using the Pega platform that align with business needs and industry best practices, ensuring maximum value.
• Drive the adoption of Pega's latest features, tools, and best practices within the organization, continually enhancing the CoE's capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Pega architecture and design standards to promote best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to Pega developers, architects, and CoE members to elevate their skills and understanding of the platform.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives and translate them into effective Pega solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Dutch speaking (MUST Have)
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in PEGA implementations projects and experiences as a team lead. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required.
• Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect with a strong background in establishing CoEs and improving Pega applications.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to drive improvements and bring value to the enterprise.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Leadership and project management skills to drive successful Pega projects and the CoE's growth.
• Extensive knowledge of PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Infinity.
