We are looking for three skilled Specialists in the Highways Agreements team to lead the negotiation, management and delivery of complex highway agreements, including Section 38 and Section 278. You will play a key role in ensuring developer-led highway infrastructure is legally robust, technically compliant and delivered to high standards of safety, sustainability and quality. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners while driving continuous improvement in highways agreement processes and governance.

The ability to travel throughout the Borough will be required and access to a car, in order to make site visits and attend meetings.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer facing role").
