Special Needs Teaching Assistant: Patient Support & Growth

Back TO Work is recruiting Teaching Assistants to provide patient, caring and consistent support to children with special educational needs across UK schools. You will help learning and development, manage behaviour positively and foster confidence and independence in a safe, inclusive environment.

This role offers Monday-Friday work, variety across primary and secondary settings, and access to training, consultant support and meaningful community impact as you gain UK school experience.
