Overview

SPAR Longtown is part of the James Hall & Co. Ltd. family. We operate over 450 company-owned stores and are committed to delivering excellent service and community support. This role is based on night shifts to replenish stock and maintain store presentation outside trading hours.

Role

Contract Type: Permanent / Part Time

Hours of work: 24 hours per week (22:00 - 06:00)

Responsibilities

• Replenishing shelves and displays to ensure products are available for customers.
• Rotating stock and checking date codes to maintain product quality.
• Ensuring the shop floor and stock areas are clean, tidy and well organized.
• Moving and handling deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store.
• Identifying and reporting any damaged stock or maintenance issues.
• Working as part of the team to ensure the store is fully prepared for opening.

A Few Things About You

We're looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking and take pride in doing a great job. You'll be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. Previous retail or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
