Spanish-speaking Accountant - Join a Young and Fast-Growing Firm

Our client is a boutique firm that's building a strong presence in Luxembourg's financial sector. Working closely with an AIFM, the team supports both corporate structures and investment funds. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and driven by quality service and a modern vision of client relationships.

With a compact team of around ten professionals, the company offers a startup feel with solid financial expertise. It is led by experienced managers who previously worked in well-established fiduciaries and PFS, and who now lead a company where your ideas and input truly matter.

Your Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting for entities such as SPFs, Holdings, and Soparfis, primarily located in Spanish-speaking countries.
Prepare tax and VAT filings.
Draw up annual financial statements.
Build strong client relationships, providing advice and managing communication through meetings and calls.
Collaborate with team members and maintain contact with auditors and tax specialists for a smooth accounting process.

Profile and Career Path

You are fluent in Spanish and can communicate confidently in English or French.
You have already gained at least 1 year of accounting experience in Luxembourg-whether in a fiduciary, a Big Four firm, or a service provider.
You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
You are proactive, curious, and ready to help improve processes and workflows.
Familiarity with Bob 50 is considered a plus.
You enjoy direct client contact, especially working with high-net-worth individuals.
You are ambitious, resilient, and looking for a team where you can grow alongside your managers.
