Space Detector Scientist - CCD Calibration & In Orbit Ops

The Open University invites applications for a Detector Scientist for Space Applications in Milton Keynes. The role supports the SMILE project and related detector research, with training provided to operate the CCD test system and analyse in-orbit data.

You will collaborate with ESA, CAS, U Leicester, MSSL and other partners to optimise detector performance and contribute to publications, while working in a hybrid pattern that blends on-site lab work with remote tasks.
