Sous Chef: Lead High-Volume Kitchen & Food Safety Expert

Barton Peveril Sixth Form College in Eastleigh is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead daily production across multiple catering outlets for students, staff and visitors. You will maintain high food safety standards and supervise the kitchen brigade, deputising for the Executive Chef when required.

You will oversee operations, optimise menus, manage stock and help drive sustainable food practices in a busy, high-volume environment, delivering consistent quality and presentation.
