Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock, budgets, and food safety standards.
• Train and develop junior team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior kitchen role.
• Background in contract catering, events, or large-volume kitchens.
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Passion for food and continuous improvement.
