Location: OL10 2TN Rate of Pay: £16.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6:00-14:00 or 12:00-20:00, 40 hours per week (Will need to cover nights & weekends in emergencies) Key Responsibilities: Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team to maintain high standards. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service delivery. Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control while minimising waste. Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and due diligence procedures. Assist with menu development and seasonal menu planning. Oversee kitchen operations and service in the Head Chef's absence. Monitor labour costs and support effective rota management. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-maintained kitchen environment. Support the delivery of hospitality, events, and special functions as required. What's in it for you?
