At Malmaison, forty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. In many of our hotels we can be busier in our Brasseries than most local restaurants! This gives our chef brigades a great opportunity to develop themselves within our kitchens. We offer on the job training in house as well as working with our training provider to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships. Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers brand standards smoothly and consistently.
  • Develop and mentor team members below you.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working as a Sous Chef or equivalent.
