What You'll Do as a Sous Chef:
  • Supportthe Head Chef in running a smooth, efficient kitchen.
  • Leadby example-cooking delicious dishes to spec and keeping standardssky-high.
  • Helptrain and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and motivatedenvironment.
  • Maintaintop hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Stepup and take charge when the Head Chef is away.
