As a Sous Chef, you'll play an integral role in the Kitchen, balancing team dynamics, culinary excellence, financial responsibilities, and leading in the head chef's absence. This position demands a culinary expert with exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering composure.

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
Additional Information

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Kitchen experience required.

16 hour contract.
