Sous Chef - Corporate Catering

Permanent, Full Time

£39,000 per year (Office Based)

7am - 3:30pm (40 Hours)

Near Liverpool Street & Fenchurch Street Station, City of London

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and develop menus that reflect current food trends.
  • Contribute to all areas of food production while ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Gather valuable feedback from customers to continuously measure and improve our success.
  • Participate in workshops and industry forums to grow personally and professionally.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar sized operation, with a minimum of 2 years in a kitchen environment.
  • Culinary qualifications such as C & G 706 1 & 2, NVQ, or equivalent.
  • Food Safety and Health and Safety certificates at level 2.
  • Solid understanding of COSHH and HACCP regulations.
  • Basic kitchen management skills with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
