Job Description

Goldenkeys Recruitment is working with a prestigious luxury country estate hotel looking to appoint a Sous Banqueting Chef to support the delivery of elegant weddings, private dining experiences, and exclusive events.

This is not conference style volume catering.

You'll be producing Rosette level, plated dining for 100-200+ cover weddings and VIP private functions - working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a structured, supportive brigade.

Due to the location of the hotel, you must have your own transport.

What We're Looking For
  • Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for a step up, someone with 1/2 rosette experience
  • Experience in plated banqueting or high volume fresh food service
  • Confident in leading services in a fast paced kitchen
  • Passionate about quality, consistency & presentation
  • A natural team leader who enjoys mentoring junior chefs
  • Background within a 4 star/5 star hotel or events led venue would be ideal

  • Deliver high-end plated wedding breakfasts & private events
  • Support the smooth running of large scale banqueting services
  • Assist with seasonal menu development
  • Maintain exceptional food & hygiene standards
  • Train & mentor junior members of the brigade
