How Your Skills Translate:

• Strategic Sourcing: Instead of sourcing components, raw materials, or software, you'll be sourcing top-tier talent. Your ability to boolean search, map markets, and find the "needle in a haystack" is exactly what we need.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Candidates and hiring managers are your new suppliers and stakeholders. Your ability to build trust and manage expectations will make you an elite recruiter.
• Negotiation & Closing: You already know how to handle pushback, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. In recruitment, you'll use those skills to negotiate offers and salaries.

You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery process from sourcing to placement.
• Acting as a consultative partner to clients, understanding their needs, and delivering talent.
• Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and networking to build a pipeline of talent.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 years of experience as a Sourcing Associate, Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or similar supply chain role.
• A relentless curiosity and a knack for finding information/people that others miss.
• Resilience and Drive: Recruitment has highs and lows; we need someone with resilience and a competitive spirit.
