We areseekingto recruit a Sourcing Specialist to join theSourcing &Procurement Function. This role is best suited to a candidate with a proventrack recordin eitherstrategic sourcing or ITassetmanagement. This role is an excellent opportunity to developyour career in strategic sourcing in a dynamic and growing team supporting PTSB's Digital Transformation journey.

Your primary function will be leading negotiations for new business and renewal agreements with topDigital and ITsuppliers. Youshould alsocontinuallyseekto improve work practices relating to procurement and operational processesincluding:procure to pay, lean operations; supplier relationship management and 3rd party risk mitigation activity.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of a portfolio of sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations in line with target savings and time plans
• Negotiating withbothmarket leading& nicheTechnology vendors toleveragelong term commercial advantages & cost savings
• Supporting the Digital & ITStrategic Sourcingmanagerin strategy development & budget planning with business partners across Software,Hardware, CyberSecurityandITProfessional Servicessubcategories
• Provide data analysis,insightand recommendations to enable business partners and colleagues to make informed decisions on third party spend and contracting
• Lead regularstakeholdersmeetings to align and update on progress
• Build andmaintaintrusted relationships with internal and external partners
• Use relevant and available tools and other resources to ensure effective and efficient working practices
• Adhere to bank's strategic process framework Group Frameworks, Policies,Processesand standards

Requirements:

• 2 + years' experience in IT Asset Management or Strategic Sourcing (ideally in IT & Technology categories)
• Experience in vendor selection & on boarding processes, in particular RFP, tendering and contracting
• Ability to work with stakeholders to design and govern supplier scoring and adjudication frameworks that enable transparent and defensible sourcing decisions
• Management of supplier evaluation and vendor programs.
• Stakeholder management experience both internal and external to the organisation.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• PMP, Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma experience
• Strong knowledge of vendor risk assessment processes

This is a Permanent (hybrid) position based in Dublin, the Republic of Ireland.
