This is a *Milton Keynes* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *developing sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and managing stakeholder relationships.*

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for high-value, complex commercial projects. You will be responsible for managing sourcing activities from business requirements through to contract award, delivering commercial value, cost savings, and supplier performance improvements.

The role involves developing sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring procurement activities comply with relevant governance and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, drive continuous improvement, and deliver best-value commercial outcomes across multiple procurement categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and commercial procurement, with experience managing complex sourcing projects and engaging with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
