Sourcing Expert Marketing

Sourcing Expert Marketingvacancy for our Zurich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various marketing categories, including media, creative agencies, production, digital services, events, and POS materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers through structured RFx processes, ensuring alignment with company requirements.
• Lead commercial and contract negotiations to drive cost efficiency and maximise value creation.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Procurement departments.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management standards.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
• Several years' experience in sourcing, procurement, or strategic buying within marketing categories for global blue chip companies (any industry)
• Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record of cost savings and value delivery.
• Solid understanding of contract management, supplier governance, and marketing services (media buying, creative production, digital campaigns, agencies, etc.).
• Language skills: English fluent,German nice to have

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional projects and build productive partnerships.
