Sourcing expert BPO (business process outsourcing)

Sourcing expert BPO (business process outsourcing) vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for BPO categories (eg, customer service, finance & accounting, HR services, IT support, shared services)
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes, including supplier evaluation and selection
• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with BPO providers
• Define service scope, SLAs, KPIs, and governance models with business stakeholders
• Manage supplier performance through structured review meetings and scorecards
• Support transition and transformation projects (such as outsourcing, re-tendering, offshoring)

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• Several years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, ideally within financial services or professional services
• Strong understanding of BPO operating models, SLAs, pricing structures, and governance frameworks
• Experience with global or multi-regional service providers and strong negotiation skills managing complex, high-value contracts
• Language skills: English fluent, German nice to have
