About the role 
As a Sourcing & Procurement Process Manager, you will lead the delivery of sourcing and procurement transformation projects, while contributing to broader supply chain and data driven initiatives.
You combine project delivery, team leadership, and commercial impact, acting as a hands on lead across multiple engagements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end to end delivery of sourcing & procurement and supply chain projects
- Act as a delivery lead, ensuring high quality execution across engagements
- Support business development and contribute to winning new projects
- Manage and develop a team of consultants
- Contribute to data and analytics initiatives, aligned with the growing focus on digital and AI
You will quickly integrate into ongoing projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, and strengthen the overall consulting capability
About youYou are a versatile consulting professional who combines strong execution capabilities with leadership and commercial acumen.
You bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain consulting
- You have a Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or a Supply Chain related field
- Proven track record as a project or workstream lead with hands on delivery responsibility
- Expertise in sourcing & procurement process design
- Experience in data analytics and data driven projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Exposure to business development or consulting sales
- Experience with tools such as SAP (e.g. Ariba, Business Network), BlueYonder, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, and delivery skills

- You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model
Nice to have:
- Experience in life sciences, pharma, medtech, or FMCG
- Familiarity with data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) and tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
