Position summaryThe Solutions Engineering - Product Solutions Manager is responsible for managing key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You will act as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.
The Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform team designs and delivers governance, discovery, access, and data and AI services, enabling JPMorgan Chase teams to accelerate their data and analytics initiatives and maximize outcomes. The Client Engagement Team manages account relationships, solutions, implementation, and client service for various Lines of Business and Corporate Functions. You will have a curious and commercial mindset, interested in learning about internal client use cases, and contribute significantly to defining and helping clients implement integrated solutions with the Fusion Platform.
Job responsibilities- Lead solutioning and adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities, defining and configuring solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on a set of products and capabilities, understanding client needs and industry trends.
- Engage with client teams to understand pain points, refine solutions, and communicate feedback to Product teams.
- Support internal clients in using the Fusion Platform, providing expertise and guidance on multiple Product capabilities.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and support the implementation of data and AI solutions.
- Represent the Product Roadmaps, articulating benefits and providing guidance on strategic paths.
- Develop AI/ML experiments, applications, and tools, including tutorials and presentations for internal clients.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape product development and strategy.
- Manage multiple tasks, client engagements, and continuous learning to stay current with trends.
- Manage office hours for education, demos, and feedback collection from internal clients.
- Coordinate across teams to implement integrated solutions.
- Extensive experience or expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and products.
- Experience in sales cycles and engaging with clients, including modifying solutions for complex problems.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Understanding of statistical models (e.g., regression, neural networks).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, MATLAB, or Scala.
- Experience applying data science and modeling to financial use cases, familiarity with open-source tools.
- Ability to create technical documentation and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on or solid understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, and fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of GenAI chatbots, summarization, and business applications.
- Familiarity with agentic architectures and automation systems.
- Knowledge of cloud data science and machine learning services.
- Experience with distributed data analysis tools like Spark.
