Job Summary:
With prior experience as a Solutions Consultant/Pre-Sales Consultant/Technical Solutions expert or similar, the Real Estate Solutions Expert will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and consultative expertise to senior real estate professionals, translating complex business challenges into technology solutions. This role bridges the gap between real estate investment strategy and technological innovation, working closely with investors, fund managers, and operations teams to demonstrate how Altus's ARGUS solutions can transform their business operations and decision-making processes. This role requires an understanding of real estate market trends, client needs, and advanced real estate technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support- Partner with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and solution approaches.
- Provide subject matter expertise in client meetings, industry events, and internal training sessions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, solution designs, and engagement outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs.
- Support Sales Teams with client pursuits and support Customer Success teams with client satisfaction and expanding client wallet share.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to deeply understand their investment strategies, operational challenges, and business objectives.
- Architect and present sophisticated solution demonstrations that align ARGUS capabilities with client needs, focusing on value creation and operational efficiency.
- Drive proof-of-concept initiatives that showcase the practical application and value of Altus solutions in client-specific scenarios.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers through deep industry knowledge and a consultative approach.
- Create solutions that address complex real estate investment and management challenges.
- Advise clients on best practices for integrating technology into their investment operations and portfolio management workflows.
- Collaborate with offer and product teams to align solution capabilities with market needs and communicate client requirements effectively.
- Lead product demonstrations and deep-dives, handling questions with confidence and clarity.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in ARGUS solutions, real estate investment strategies, and market trends.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with exposure to investment, asset management, or fund management.
- Demonstrated experience with real estate technology solutions and investment analysis tools with an understanding of real estate financial modeling and analysis.
- Track record of successful client engagement and solution delivery with the ability to lead complex technical demonstrations and handle detailed Q&A sessions.
- Deep understanding of the commercial real estate technology landscape, trends, investment strategies, and operations.
- Outstanding listening and analytical skills with the ability to identify core business challenges.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage at the senior executive level.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Can adapt to handle pressure due to changing priorities while maintaining focus.
- Willingness to travel if required for client engagements.
