Job Description

Our EMEA customers include Vasa Mobility, which runs support in 11 languages across 40 cities. Many of them come to Pazau because of EU data residency, which is operated from Pazau Ireland Limited in Dublin. As a Solutions Architect, you're the technical lead in pre-sales. You'll design the architecture, run the proof of value and answer the data-protection questions that decide European deals.

What you'll do
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects across the EU, UK and Nordics
  • Run proofs of value that estimate a prospect's resolution rate from 1,000 of their real conversations
  • Present Pazau Guard, EU residency (Dublin and Frankfurt), SCCs and our AI Addendum to CISOs and DPOs, working with Aoife Brennan
  • Build demo environments and reference architectures for integrations with Salesforce, SAP and regional telephony providers
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS
  • Hands-on knowledge of APIs, identity (SAML, SCIM) and cloud architecture
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and how it shapes enterprise SaaS purchasing
  • Excellent presentation skills with both technical and executive audiences
Nice to have
  • Fluency in German, French, Swedish or Spanish
  • Experience with contact-center or CX platforms
  • Familiarity with the EU AI Act
