Now Hiring: Solution Architect - Retail Sector (Belgium-based)

We are working with a leading client in the retail sector who is looking for a cross-functional Solution Architect to support various business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on aligning business needs with technology and enjoys working closely with business stakeholders.

Key details:

• Hybrid work arrangement: minimum two days per week onsite in Asse, with Friday as a fixed in-office day
• You must be based in Belgium and fluent in English plus either Dutch or French
• This is a full-time role working on multiple projects-not tied to a single platform or product
• Candidates should have a broad Solution Architecture background with experience in custom software solutions, complex integrations, and platform customisations
• Pure infrastructure architects or those with narrow platform-specific experience (e.g. only SAP or only Salesforce) will not be the right fit
• A background in retail, especially in e-commerce or omni-channel environments, is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills are essential-this role requires direct interaction with business departments to gather requirements, define solutions, and simplify business processes
