As a Solution Engineer - Marketing & Cookie Consent, you'll be at the heart of our global consent management capability-integrating OneTrust and Google Analytics Consent Mode across B2B and B2C platforms and ensuring a compliant, privacy-first, and customer-centric experience at scale.

What you'll do- Own integrations: Lead seamless integration of OneTrust and Google Analytics Consent Mode into the client's platforms and systems.
- Enable consent everywhere: Implement cookie & marketing consent for eCommerce (B2C) and B2B platforms, including orders/transactional information and marketing communications.
- Build preference centers: Design and deliver scalable B2B/eCommerce preference centers with a positive, regionally adaptable UX.
- Design for scale & change: Architect a solution that's scalable, future-proof, and responsive to evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Champion compliance: Partner with Legal & Privacy teams globally to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other international data protection regulations.
- Regional rollouts: Support regional deployments, balancing global standards with local needs and identity management.
- Granular controls: Manage marketing consent and preferences, enabling granular, channel-specific permissions across diverse activities.
- Automate the life cycle: Establish automated workflows for the full consent life cycle-collection, renewal, opt-in/opt-out, and preferences.
- Turn data into insight: Produce regular reports and analytics on consent trends and performance; enable data-driven decisions.
- Self-service experience: Provide self-service tools for customers (B2B and B2C) to review and modify consent and preferences.
- Educate & support: Set up support channels, deliver training for employees involved in consent processes, and drive adoption of OneTrust.
- Continuously improve: Monitor regulatory changes and technology trends; update the solution to remain compliant and best-in-class.
- Quality & validation: Ensure alignment with company standards, architecture, quality, and compliance; lead technical validation and manage vendor services.
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years' hands-on experience with OneTrust (global scope ideal), including configuration of relevant modules and API integrations.
- Proven track record integrating OneTrust Marketing Consent across B2B eCommerce and B2C platforms for both cookie and marketing consent.
- Experience customizing consent forms and building a positive, regionally adaptable user experience.
- Strong knowledge of international data protection regulations (eg, GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to marketing & analytics.
- Expertise in automated consent workflows, reporting/analytics on consent data, and stakeholder training/adoption.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and analytical skills; solid business domain understanding for marketing and eCommerce.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA/DevOps; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working in agile, deadline-driven environments with rapid release cycles.
- Experience rolling out global solutions across multiple markets is an advantage.
