A NICEPublic Safety Solution Engineer's primary objective is to successfully support in the winning of new business by positioning NICE and its solution portfolio with prospects and partners within the Public Safety sector in North America.This person will work with the various functions within the company such as: Account Executives on the Public Safety business, Product Management, Business Development, Project Management, Legal, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Support.

How will you make an impact?
- Support sales opportunities by being a product expert and being able to demonstrate solutions capabilities
- Need to have a full understanding of Criminal Justice Process workflow as it pertains to digital evidence
- Interview and engage a variety of user work groups within Public Safety agencies
- Construct needs assessment/analysis while working with Account Executive to ensure alignment
- Collect feedback on solution requirements and interface with Product Management
- Assisting in technical responses to RFPs, and presentations
- Build out of Scope of Work documents (SOWs)
- Continually learn market needs and future trends in the Public Safety sector
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to end users, partners and consultants
- Sell NICE value, differentiating between NICE and its competitors when presenting value proposition to potential and existing customers
- Maintain existing customer relationships with the goal of maximizing revenues long term through relationship building, use them as strong referral sources
- At least 4 years experience selling and/or sales engineering into Government verticals and/or into the overall Public Safety/Security industry
- Experience in working with government Purchasing personnel related to RFP/Bid responses and state and/or federal contracts
- Proven consultative selling style with experience in demonstration and presentation preparation
- Exceptional work ethic
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven creative problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to win and close business
- Experience working with and influencing high end decision makers
- Travel requirement will be 50% per month within assigned territory
- Experience/knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.
- Experience/knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products.
