Responsibilities

• Partner closely with sales teams to design and position Modern Workplace solutions that solve real business challenges
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through Microsoft-centric cloud journeys
• Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical conversations that inspire confidence and drive adoption
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
• Support partners in building scalable, profitable cloud practices
• Stay ahead of industry trends, especially across AI, security, and productivity platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner experiences

You'll play a critical role in helping partners modernise how their customers work - enabling productivity, security, and collaboration at scale. Your expertise will directly influence revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and the broader success of Pax8's Modern Workplace strategy.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role
• Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way
• Extensive experience working with partners or customers to design cloud solutions
• Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business value
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI-driven solutions

Salary & Benefits

• UK: £40,000 - £60,000 plus £16,000 OTE (uncapped)
• Sweden: SEK530,000 - SEK760,000 plus SEK230,000 OTE (uncapped)
