Kinaxis Solution Architect/Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Planning

We're supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer that is continuing to invest heavily in its digital Supply Chain landscape following a successful global Kinaxis deployment.

As the organisation expands its planning roadmap, they're looking for an experienced Kinaxis Solution Architect/Senior Consultant to help design and deliver further capabilities across their global planning environment.

This is not a traditional Enterprise Architecture role. The focus is on hands-on solution design and delivery within Kinaxis, working closely with Supply Chain, Planning and IT teams and across the wider SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance global planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro.
• Lead solution design for new planning capabilities and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions.
• Configure and optimise Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP processes.
• Support the ongoing roadmap of enhancements following the global implementation.
• Work across Kinaxis/SAP integrations and connected enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across the planning landscape.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience delivering Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Strong hands-on Kinaxis Maestro experience across end-to-end implementations.
• Proven experience in solution design and Kinaxis configuration.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP.
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP or other enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in Austria or Switzerland.

• Kinaxis Solution Architects
• Senior Kinaxis Functional Consultants
• Kinaxis Technical Consultants with strong solution design experience
• Kinaxis specialists with strong configuration and stakeholder management experience

Desirable

• Kinaxis Contributor Certification or other Kinaxis accreditation.
• Multiple end-to-end Kinaxis implementations.
• Strong SAP Supply Chain and integration experience.
• Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or regulated manufacturing experience.
