As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in our presales process by translating customer requirements into accurate, compelling, and competitive cybersecurity solutions. After onboarding to our solution portfolio, you will work closely with internal teams to design and present proposals that address our clients' technical and business challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, high quality commercial proposals in support of sales opportunities
  • Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, gathering input from multiple business units
  • Analyse customer objectives and define relevant technical and business value propositions
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and our products and services
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Legal and Sales Operations throughout the presales cycle
Requirements / Profile

Core Requirements

  • Education or professional experience in IT and/or cybersecurity
  • Solid technical understanding of security and IT solutions (network, application, endpoint)
  • Experience producing technical or commercial documentation in English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work independently

Nice to Have

  • Cybersecurity consulting experience
  • Hands on involvement in proposal or RFP cycles
  • Knowledge of EDR, SIEM, Cloud Security, OT Security, Managed Services, or Application Security
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM
  • Additional European languages (German or French preferred)
