Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a Solution Architect to provide expert guidance, governance, and support to our development teams. You will be instrumental in designing and building new OSS/BSS functionalities aligned with Gamma's strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own technical designs and decisions for new features and projects.
  2. Support development teams in implementing new functionalities, ensuring adherence to processes, standards, and patterns.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
  4. Establish and maintain architecture standards with peers and stakeholders.
  5. Influence future OSS/BSS roadmaps.
  6. Ensure scalability and extensibility of OSS/BSS applications to meet business needs.
  7. Analyze and document existing systems for extension and support.
  8. Produce and oversee solution designs, promoting best practices aligned with Gamma's IT strategy.
  9. Serve as a technical SME within the BSS/OSS domain.
Requirements:
  • Experience in architecture teams, ensuring design alignment with roadmaps and strategies.
  • Leadership and guidance skills.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Influencing skills and a drive for positive outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience with OSS/BSS, consumer purchasing, or financial systems.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Experience with APIs and web services.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
