Solution Architect - D365 CE - Freelance - Contract - Europe

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Service (D365 CE) to lead the design and governance of our future CE 2026 platform. In this role, you will define the architecture, ensure technical excellence, and guide regional roll-outs across multiple operating companies.

Scope: You will play a key role in shaping a scalable, modern customer engagement platform used across multiple regions. This is an opportunity to influence strategic digital initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams across the organisation.

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end solution design for all CE 2026 capability areas.
• Define data structures, routing logic, automation strategy, and integration patterns.
• Ensure full compliance with enterprise architecture standards and D365 best practices.
• Lead technical feasibility assessments and promote a standard-first delivery approach.
• Oversee configuration, development, and technical quality assurance.
• Provide architecture governance and support regional onboarding across the Nordics, UK, and additional operating companies.
• Translate architectural concepts into technical tasks for delivery and development teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect within Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and scalable system design.
• Ability to balance business needs, platform standards, and technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Background in multi-market or global implementations is a strong advantage.
