Pernod Ricard is starting a new journey and now is the time for Tech convergence, completeness, consistency, and discipline, to maximize the value of investments. We are seeking talented and experienced Solution Architects to join our dynamic team. The Solution Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end solutions (including application layer, data layer, and infrastructure layer) that meet our business and functional needs.

THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Global Enterprise Architecture team, working closely with domain representatives, product owners, developers, data architects, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Your scope will specifically cover business domains related to Customer . You will collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and product teams to translate customer insights into actionable technical solutions.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The Solution Architect oversees solution architecture definition, ensuring alignment with global frameworks at Pernod Ricard and consistency of models across the technical landscape. The role involves guaranteeing that development efforts are well-integrated, from testing to effective roll-out.

• Defining target Solution Architecture and contributing to Solution Design, Development, and Rollout: Understand business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints. Develop comprehensive solution designs leveraging existing technologies and aligning with industry best practices. Define solution architecture, secure alignment with global standards, and maintain related models & documentation. Assess impacts of product roadmap changes and optimize the target vision. Provide guidelines for engineering, development, and deployment teams, supporting as needed. Contribute to the evaluation and selection of application packages where relevant.
• Engaging in change management & continuous improvement initiatives: Contribute to initiatives that improve architecture practices at Pernod Ricard. Promote the global architecture vision within product squads. Continuously develop your skills related to solution architecture.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring standards and best practices are followed.
• Architecture Development: Design and document architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Technology Evaluation: Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks based on industry trends and project needs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in IT/Tech roles, with proven experience in Solution Architecture, especially in customer-focused solutions.
• Certifications such as Enterprise and Tech Architecture, Azure Solution Architect, Salesforce/Customer Platforms are a strong plus.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Deep knowledge of enterprise software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.
• Intermediate knowledge of Customer Experience Technologies and designing solutions related to Customer domain.
• Basic understanding of Customer domain systems and integrations (CMS, e-Commerce CMS).
• Strong understanding of Integrated Customer Management, Omnisales, D2C Technologies.
• Intermediate understanding of TCO and solution/architecture scenario impacts.
• Intermediate understanding of Salesforce Platform.
