Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (dependent on billing history)
A respected law firm in Wiltshire is seeking a Family Solicitor with 2 4 years' post qualification experience to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable solicitor to manage a varied caseload with the support of experienced colleagues.
The RoleYou will be responsible for handling a range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation proceedings
- Financial remedy cases
- Child arrangements and parental responsibility matters
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
- Supporting a collaborative and pragmatic team culture
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 2 5 years PQE in family law
- Confidence in managing cases with modest supervision
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- High attention to detail and professional integrity
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
