DWF is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within Resolution Law, in the Claimant Personal Injury Division of DWF. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (Litigation) to join our Large, Complex and Technical team on a permanent basis.

You will work on assisting more senior members of the team on serious injury cases as well as carry your own case load of complex fast track and intermediate track cases.
The position is based in our Liverpool office and operates on a hybrid model, with 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant practice directions and protocols.
- Maintain a solid understanding of quantum in relation to casework.
- Apply technical and commercial expertise to deliver high-quality results within required timeframes.
- Provide exceptional service to external clients while clearly communicating business needs and changes to internal stakeholders.
Essential Criteria
- Claimant background in personal injury work
- Possesses litigation experience.
- Holds a PQE of 1 year or more or CILEX with Litigation Practice Rights.
- Is able to attend the Liverpool office at least once per week.
