Solicitor / Associate - Commercial Litigation (3-5 PQE)

A leading national law firm with a strong reputation in the health, social care, life sciences and charity sectors is seeking a talented Solicitor or Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its established Corporate & Commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, including:

• Contract disputes
• Procurement challenges
• Construction disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Governance issues, complaints and internal investigations

The team advises predominantly public sector clients, including health and social care providers and charities, on complex, high-value and often high-profile contentious matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation (guideline only)
• Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Experience across key pre-trial stages, including case assessment, disclosure, witness statements and trial preparation
• Experience of alternative dispute resolution
• The ability to interpret complex contracts and provide clear, practical advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
• Confidence working independently within a collaborative team

Experience advising health, social care or charity clients, or handling partnership disputes, would be advantageous but is not essential.
