Contract Verification Engineer (Safety Critical)
6 months initially
£55-£65 per hour
OUTSIDE IR35
Cardiff OR Cheltenham (4 day condensed working week is considered)
A Cardiff based safety critical software consultancy are on the hunt for an experienced verification engineer on an initial 6 month contract basis.
The company specialise in high integrity systems - they're working to EN 50128 / DO-178C / ISO 26262 standards depending on the project, and they are currently looking for several V&V Engineers due to project wins and expansion.
They're flexible on domain - rail, aerospace, automotive, nuclear, defence - as long as you've worked with regulated software lifecycles and understand the importance of traceability and safety assurance.
Key skills:
- Software verification
- Safety critical experience
- Software / systems standards
- LDRA (highly beneficial)
Due to the nature of the work, they require on-site working as the tool can't be used offsite, and for you to be eligible for Security Clearance. (Starting on BPSS)
