Software Implementation Consultant

Scheer imc, a global leader in Learning Technology, is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join our team in London, to deliver and support our award-winning learning LMS for major brands.

What you'll do:

• Deliver new customer projects and support ongoing work for imc's learning management system.
• Manage projects, including scope, time, and budget.
• Facilitate workshops to analyse client needs and design solutions.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Configure software and provide client training and support.

What you'll need:

• Project management qualifications or experience in IT roll-outs.
• Experience consulting or configuring business software.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Dutch is desirable.
• Willingness to travel.
