About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Application Developer to join our Software Engineering team

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom software applications aligned with client and business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.

  • Apply agile methodologies and modern frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

  • Lead and guide team members, contributing to technical decisions and ensuring effective project execution.

  • Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues impacting multiple teams or systems.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance software engineering practices.

  • Mentor junior developers and encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Custom Software Engineer or Application Developer in enterprise environments.

  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP FSCM (Collections Management).

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks, integration tools, and agile delivery practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables, guide technical teams, and influence key decisions.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Exposure to cloud-based solutions (eg, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
