Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable full stack software applications using Go, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services while developing responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with the design system.
Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB; write efficient queries and optimize database performance.
Debug and troubleshoot complex production issues with the help of monitoring and logging tools.
Participate actively in system design discussions, proposing balanced and scalable solutions that consider maintainability and performance.
Write and maintain automated tests for both frontend and backend components using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment automation.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Document technical decisions, design patterns, and system architectures clearly for team and organizational knowledge sharing.
Actively participate in technical discussions and code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
Continuously improve developer workflows through tooling, linting, and automation.
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior engineers.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
