Location: Reading (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

Are you ready to take the next step in your software engineering career? We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Reading.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions that make a real impact. Working in a hybrid environment, you'll balance in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

️ Core Skills:

• C# with commercial experience in .NET - ideally .NET 7 or later
• SQL - strong understanding of relational databases
• Experience with Docker, Nginx, or OpenTelemetry

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Blazor for building modern, web-based UIs
• Familiarity with JavaScript and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
