Software Engineer

Our client, a leading Financial Services organisations in Prague are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Java and Kotlin, to work on my client's industry leading trading platform. This is an opportunity to join an established and highly skilled team of developers, working in a fast paced environment for a market leader in their field.

You will be required to be on-site 2-3 days per week in the office in Prague, Czech Republic

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a high-performance trading platform.
• Introduce new technologies and drive impactful changes within the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to refine, analyse, and validate requirements.
• Develop innovative solutions from initial design through to production implementation.

Your Profile:

• Previous experience working in a software development environment.
• Highly skilled in Java and Kotlin.
• Familiar with containerisation.
• Experience working on web applications.
• Strong understanding of Spring Framework.
• SQL knowledge.
• Middleware experience with AMQP or JMS.
• Familiar working in a cloud environment
