You will be part of a team that takes ownership of the entire development lifecycle - from requirements analysis, architecture and design, to implementation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. We are a small, dynamic technology company based in newly refurbished offices near Sheffield, with excellent access to the M1 and national rail links. For more than 30 years, our software has played a crucial role in global shipping operations, helping to ensure navigational safety and ultimately saving lives at sea. Our focus is the maritime domain, and we build robust, mission critical systems where reliability truly matters.

You'll join a highly motivated, cross functional engineering team working on the next generation of our software products. Ideal candidates will bring:

• A proven ability to deliver working software solutions
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, our tech stack: modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, WPF, Azure SQL, AWS, C#, JavaScript & Web APIs for B2B services
• A broad and adaptable technical knowledge base (specific maritime experience is not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and an openness to share and receive feedback
• A versatile mindset and the ability to handle a range of technical challenges
