About the Role
As a Backend Developer, you'll be a core part of the engineering team. Your job? Build fast, secure, and scalable backend services that support everything from assessments to AI-powered insights. You'll be working mainly with Python, designing APIs, shaping architecture, and making sure the platform performs at its best.
This is a role where you'll get to think, build, and contribute beyond just code - from improving processes to exploring new tools and helping shape the technical direction of the product.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain a secure, scalable Python backend
Design and improve APIs and data pipelines
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and customer teams
Write clean, testable code and improve system performance
Share knowledge, join code reviews, and contribute to tech decisions
Keep learning and innovating - we love fresh ideas
Tech Stack

What We're Looking For
2-6 years of experience in backend development
Solid experience with Python and backend frameworks
Passion for scalable, high-quality architecture
Strong communication skills - you're great at teamwork
A curious mindset and eagerness to learn
Experience with testing, security, and performance is a big plus
