Hiring for an experienced Software Developer/Engineer to join the Tax Admin team, supporting critical enterprise tax systems. This role requires strong technical expertise across Legacy and Client Server technologies, with a focus on stability, enhancement, and continuous improvement of live services.

Responsibilities include:
* Design, develop and maintain PL/SQL and CA Gen applications
* Support deployment activities and Implementation Management
* Manage clone activities including restores, robotics coordination, testing, and patch upgrades
* Troubleshoot performance issues and provide technical support
* Collaborate across incident, problem, and continuous improvement forums
* Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practice
* Drive batch performance improvements and reduce failure rates
* Support audit and Disaster Recovery requirements
* Provide occasional out-of-hours support for batch failures and live releases

Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with CA Gen, Tuxedo, Oracle, PL/SQL, and Unix
* Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications
* Ability to work collaboratively across technical and stakeholder teams
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
