Software Architect

Our client is a SaaS company of around 100 FTE, operating in the real estate industry.
They are with 12 different product (development) teams, totaling around 60 engineers, a small platform/infra team and a separate cell of 3 architects. As architect you will work in this cell interacting with all other teams to launch new features and optimize the product as much as possible.
We are looking for somebody that has experience safeguarding the technical roadmap and streamlining the collaboration between multiple product teams. The role is distributed for a big part between solution architecture of your own projects or bigger projects with the cell, and alignment with both the business and the teams (through the technical leads).
The next 2 years a lot of innovative projects are supposed to kick-off, but their high available software needs to be constantly available for their clients. So basically, a lot of improvements whilst driving the car.
We are looking for:
- Strong background in JVM software development, between 5-10 years.
- At least 3 years' experience with architecture in projects or in a role as architect.
- Experience with the used tech stack:
- Java, SpringBoot, Tomcat, SQL, TypeScript, React, Linux, Docker, K8's
- Experience with optimizing and modernizing (SaaS) apps with limited down time possibilities.
- Strong communicator and experienced working with multiple product teams.
