Reporting to Children's Disability Network Manager, the Social Worker will, on a Permanent Whole time contract, work as a member of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with MDT colleagues providing services to children from 0-18 years and families who are accessing the Children's Disability Network Team.
Experience and Qualifications- Must be registered with and maintain registration on the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at Coru.
- Experience of working with children & families.
- Experience of working disability services.
- Safeguarding experience.
- Full Driving License.

In line with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales, the current salary scale is Social Worker; €50,120 - €72,356 incl. LSI per annum.
