Social media marketer

At Flowboost, you'll manage around 10 strong accounts (depending on your experience). With your curiosity you naturally look beyond the interface. You'll be responsible for the results and report directly to our social- and team lead.


At Flowboost, we're famous for doing e-commerce marketing with Google Ads. Now we're stepping up with social too.


What you will get:

  • Salary of €3,000 - €4,500 per month based on full time (for a strategic / lead role up to €6,000).

What will you do as a social media marketer?


  • You'll build and optimize campaigns to our highest standard.
  • As a specialist at Flowboost, you don't just push META data-you use (or learn here) your strong knowledge of Product Feeds, CMS systems, CRMs, and CRO to genuinely help clients move forward.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on CPL/ROAS, but ideally MER. You'll report these results effectively through our unique reporting templates.
  • With your experience, you listen carefully to what clients want, but often know better what's truly good for them. You look beyond social media marketing, guiding clients with their overall marketing mix while keeping a close eye on their goals.
  • You leverage the skills within the team, assigning tasks to Junior and Medior specialists where needed, possibly in close cooperation with your team lead.
  • You know how crucial tracking is for campaign success. You'll handle small implementations yourself through Google Tag Manager, while for bigger tasks like Server-Side Tagging, Enhanced Conversions, Offline Conversions, Consent and POAS you'll collaborate with our Tracking Specialist.
  • Implement our unique products, which make a key difference in conversions. Our Tracking Specialist will support you where necessary.
  • You'll choose a Minor to expand your expertise beyond META and LinkedIn Ads (think JavaScript, Leadership, Tracking, Sales, CRO, or something else), preparing you for future growth within Flowboost. Perhaps you'll even grow into a Team Lead role!


This is what we expect:


  • At least 2 years of experience as social media buyer.
  • Experience with META and LinkedIn Ads, product feeds, funnels and CRM systems for both B2B and retail.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on CPL/ROAS and MER optimization.
