Social Media Manager - B2B Memberships - London

This is a hybrid role, with c1-2 days in the Central London office per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Salary is up to £42k Basic + Bonus and strong benefits on top.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about utilising cutting-edge tools and AI insights to elevate social presence for our exciting and fast growing B2B memberships client.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with the team to shape a social strategy focused on growth, engagement, and building a thriving community. If you're eager to leverage AI, social listening, and automation to drive performance and stay ahead of trends, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media campaigns in the B2B sector, ideally in the membership, subscription, or SaaS sectors
  • Expertise in social media tools and AI-driven platforms for analytics, content creation, and audience insights
  • Comfortable creating content, especially short-form videos, and confident in briefing and producing engaging material
  • Inherently curious, always staying updated on the latest digital, social, and AI trends
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Based in London / surrounding areas (or able to commute into Central London 1-2 times per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc), using audience insights, performance metrics, and trend analysis
  • Optimise posting schedules, track competitor activities, and adjust strategies in real-time using advanced tools

Content Creation & Planning:

  • Ideate, plan, and produce original content, with a focus on short-form videos, visual carousels, and interactive formats
  • Utilise AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., for copywriting, design, and scheduling) to scale production while maintaining high-quality standards

Community Growth & Engagement:

  • Manage and grow an engaged online community, identifying and nurturing key members
  • Scale engagement efforts while maintaining a personal touch in interactions with followers
  • Lead discussions, respond to comments and direct messages, and encourage user-generated content
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators to expand our reach and impact
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms, using AI tools for forecasting and trend prediction
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to support broader marketing and brand strategy
  • Monitor online conversations to spot emerging trends, audience sentiment, and engagement opportunities
  • Share insights with the team to shape campaigns, content, and overall strategy
