We're looking for a talented creative, with social media writing skills and a passion for data-driven results, who can optimise content to ensure our efforts are both impactful and effective.
As part of the Blue Zoo Digital team, you will be responsible for leading our influencer marketing strategy across key platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Reporting into the B2C Social Media and Marketing Manager, you will work with them to execute campaigns, collaborating with creators and influencers to boost brand awareness and engagement in our key global markets.
We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies. The successful candidates will need to be based in the UK and will be required to work from our London studio once a week.

Day to Day- Write content for our official IPs social media channels including TikTok and Meta (Instagram & Facebook).
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across European markets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage creators and influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Create campaign briefs and content guidelines that drive consistent, high-performing content.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies.
- Track and analyse performance across influencer and social media campaigns, using data to optimise and report ROI.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management, ideally within a consumer brand environment.
- Good understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc) and influencer ecosystems.
- Strong copywriting, briefing, and storytelling skills with an eye for what performs well across platforms.
- Good relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms - Hootsuite
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- A good eye for trend-spotting and innovative content.
- Experience working in the children's entertainment or education industries
- Previous experience working in marketing for parents of pre-school children
