Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Between Monday - Friday 9-5 (some flexibility is needed to support people out of hours on occasion)
Salary: £16,235.75 per annum actual (pro rata of £27,059.58 FTE)
Terms: Temporary contract until 31st March 2027 with a view to extending depending on funding
Benefits: Pro rata of 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, employer's contributory pension scheme, EAP scheme and other generous benefits
Role OverviewImagine Independence is a leading third sector organisation supporting people with mental illness, neurodiversity, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge. The organisation aims to challenge stigma and help people live meaningfully by nurturing individuality and recognising the power of small steps. The role is to join as a Social Inclusion Worker to help expand services across the north-west of England and beyond.
